Work
A selection of what I’ve designed, built, and shipped. Pick any to dig in.
Building the enterprise data-and-AI-literacy program — custom DataCamp learning tracks tailored to roles — so the broader organization can actually use the platforms and tools.
A full Streamlit application I built by hand, with embedded AI endpoints — it takes on-prem SQL Server and auto-converts it into a modern cloud data architecture (Snowflake + dbt), wired into GitHub / Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
The enterprise AI-governance program for a regulated utility, built in partnership with my manager — a usage policy, an exception process, and a vendor-intake review for how each tool handles company data.
Enterprise generative-AI delivery: a Safety Copilot scaled from 300 to 2,000+ field users, a legislative risk-analysis tool that cut analysis time 70%, and RAG over SharePoint and SQL.
A hand-built Streamlit app running a real-time mixed-integer-programming optimizer that routes 200+ field technicians from live telemetry and work-scheduling data — pilot results projected an emergency-SLA lift from ~50% to 67%.
A slick, full-stack portal I built for capturing, scoring, and prioritizing AI ideas across the enterprise — RBAC, Microsoft OAuth, a custom AI assistant on Azure AI Foundry, Asana integration, and a quadrant-based scoring/governance framework.
Helped design the structure and operating model for a ~40-person data & AI organization — five functions spanning strategic analytics & data science, portfolio & project management, data strategy & governance, data product & platform engineering, and automation.
Built the enterprise modern-data platform from scratch — Snowflake + dbt with CI/CD and DataOps adopted as the company baseline, plus sub-second CDC replacing batch ETL.
Migrated the enterprise BI environment from import-model RBAC duplication to Snowflake-backed RBAC with DirectQuery, and designed the on-prem gateway architecture connecting Power BI to the internal data center.
A machine-learning model predicting third-party pipeline strikes from 811 tickets and GIS data — outperforming a $1M/yr vendor at under $100K and spawning a new Damage Prevention department.
Designed and named a CEO-sponsored corporate innovation program — small cross-functional teams that spin up to tackle high-priority problems — co-founded in partnership with the CEO.
