The idea
Hand-selected by the CEO to co-found a company-wide innovation program. I designed the operating model and named it Elevate.
The model
Small cross-functional teams that form informally — without official reporting lines — to attack high-priority problems, with a cultural framing around fostering innovation. It pre-dated the broader trend of formal corporate innovation teams in the utility sector.
Outcome
