What it is
A polished internal portal for the whole AI-idea lifecycle — intake, scoring, prioritization, and routing — built in-house instead of buying a paid third-party product, with full visibility into our own portfolio.
What I built
- Full RBAC with Microsoft OAuth sign-in
- A custom AI assistant, backed by Azure AI Foundry, to guide idea intake
- End-to-end intake and submission piped straight into Asana
- A quadrant-based scoring + governance framework for prioritizing ideas
- React + Tailwind front end, Valkey caching, Argo CI/CD, GitHub Container Registry — built end-to-end
Result
A genuinely slick tool, tuned to how the enterprise actually evaluates and prioritizes AI — and one less paid subscription.
